QE does not accept financial responsibility of any additional taxes, customs or duties charges you may incur after your purchase has been made.
QE also cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages due to incorrect shipping information or careless handling.
Return Policy
Jewelry can be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
A refund is possible if the purchased item is defective ~ i.e. you were not notified of the defect before purchase or it wasn't visible in the photos of the item at the time of purchase.
QE has the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item. Please provide me with photographs of the defective item with original packaging.
Delivery Time
Orders made within Czech Republic are delivered within 2-7 business days.
Orders made in the EU are delivered within 5-20 business days.
Orders from other destinations are delivered within 10-30 business days.
Please allow up to 3 days to prepare and pack your jewelry.
